Progression Solicitors are striving to comply with all of the Priority 1 and 2 accessibility checkpoints across its web presence, as established in the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) web accessibility initiative (WAI). The WAI promotes a high degree of usability and accessibility for people with disabilities. The W3C promotes good practice amongst the web community via initiatives like WAI (http://www.w3.org/WAI/) Web Contact Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.)
Progression Solicitors supports the following browsers for accessing our web site. Other browsers may also work, but we do not attempt to resolve problems with browsers other than those listed below. In general, we recommend that you regularly upgrade your web browser to take advantage of the latest performance enhancements, problem fixes, and security patches.
Mozilla (Firefox) – 3.5 and higher for all operating systems
Chrome – 4.0 and higher for all operating systems
Safari – 3.x and higher for all operating systems
Internet Explorer – 8.0 and higher for Windows
Opera – 9.5 and higher for all operating systems
Adjusting text size
The Progression Solicitors website is built using relative font sizes, which means that if you want to see larger or smaller text, you can change the text size using your browser. In Internet Explorer this is done by going to the top menu and selecting ‘View’, then ‘Text Size’. Medium is the usual setting, so selecting Larger or Largest will increase the text size. Similar facilities exist in other browsers, normally on the ‘View’ menu. Your browser’s ‘Help’ menu should give you further information about making these adjustments.
Printing from this website
Progression Solicitors is set up so that if you are using the latest versions of the above browsers, when you print a page the printout will not include the menus or sidebars. If the page title and address don’t appear on your printout, you can set your browser to add them. This is usually done by choosing ‘Page Setup’ from the ‘File’ menu, or you can check your browser’s ‘Help’ menu to find out how to do this.
