The offices have been refurbished to the highest standards using local materials and local tradesmen wherever possible. Pamela Horobin, one of the partners at Progression said: "We have taken an extremely rundown property and tried to maintain as much of its character and charm as possible whilst providing a modern and relaxing working environment." The office incorporates many energy-saving features including a ventilation and heat recovery system and underfloor heating. The lighting is predominantly high-frequency fluorescent lighting which significantly reduces energy consumption.
The firm is committed to supporting local suppliers having sourced over 90% of products and materials locally. The character of the exterior of the property has been maintained with the replacement of the roof with local Burlington slate and replacement of windows with modern double glazed wooden sash windows to reduce noise and heat loss whilst maintaining the character of the building.
Whilst the firm has full disabled access and facilities we are happy to make home visits to the elderly and housebound or to those in hospitable or residential care.
