Free Will Friday - Terms and Conditions
- Our Free-Will-Friday promotion permits you to have a simple, straightforward will drawn up by a qualified solicitor for free.
- 'Simple and straighforward' indicates that the will must not include any trusts or inheritance tax advice. Where a married couple/partners intend to draw up new wills together, the terms in both wills must be largely identical to each other, i.e Mirror wills.
- We ask that you store your original wills in our safekeeping for a minimum of one year at an annual charge of £20.00 inclusive of vat with payment arranged via standing order from your bank account.
- This offer applies exclusively to appointments at our new office at 5 Crescent Road, Windermere, LA23 1EA.
- All appointments will be on Fridays at our Windermere office only during February 2012.
- Appointments will be limited to four appointments per Friday and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Appointments cannot be arranged to other days.
