April 2021 Easing of Lockdown

Whilst we are thrilled that the country is moving back towards normality, we remain conscious of the safety of our colleagues and clients in all of our offices. Our Ulverston, Grange-over-Sands, Windermere, Barrow-in-Furness and Lancaster offices all remain open by appointment. We will be delighted when we can finally welcome you back in person with a warm cup of coffee, but in the meantime we will continue to provide you with the service you expect, from a safe distance.

Appointments

We are conducting the majority of our meetings via video call or telephone wherever necessary. We understand that there are some circumstances where this may not be possible, so if you believe it is necessary to attend the office face-to-face, please speak to the individual dealing with your matter first and he or she will assess if this is possible. You will then be advised on the next steps in order to arrange a safe appointment time, whether you require a meeting or simply to drop off/collect some documents.

Attending the Office

We have placed instruction and information signs near our front doors; please read them before entering as some require you to ring the bell and wait to be invited into reception
We encourage you to use the hand sanitiser available in our reception areas.
Our toilet facilities will not be available to clients or visitors until further notice.
We may take your temperature on arrival and if we feel that there is a risk, we may rearrange your appointment to a later date.
