David Townend, BA (Consultant)

Throughout his legal career, David has worked almost exclusively on commercial matters, undertaking business sales and purchases, commercial property transactions and a considerable amount of landlord and tenant work. David also has significant experience in site acquisitions and disposals, for both residential and commercial developments and has acted for national retailers for a significant number of years.

Legal Interests

David’s main interest lies in commercial property, particularly the retail sector where he has acted for many years on leases in shopping centres, retail parks and the wider high street.

David now works on a consultancy basis and can be contacted via the Windermere office.
