Day 18: The Walls Are Up
It has been great to see how quickly the layout of the office is taking shape. Initially, after the place was knocked to bits the building looked much smaller. Thankfully this week the team have been hard at work putting it back together.
Stud walls are going up to separate the new meeting room from the reception area. We will have an independent office space together with a small open-plan working space for up to four people. The old kitchen area has had most of its units removed so that a new kitchen/staff area, post room and disabled toilet facilities can be installed.

The hall which houses the Grange Emporium vintage shop is now completely separated from our offices. A huge dividing wall has been built, meaning the upstairs floor for the storage is complete and just waiting on installation of stairs.
