Debbie Harvey LLB (Hons) FCILEX (Chartered Legal Executive)

Debbie (Deborah Harvey) joined Progression Solicitors in September 2023 in the Litigation & Dispute Department. Initially working in a legal support role, Debbie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013.

Debbie has specialised in debt recovery over the past year after covering vast areas of litigation and dispute resolution in previous roles. Her experience has been gained across contentious probate, Landlord and Tenant, trespass, defective goods (acting for both claimant and defendant) and breach of contract claims. Debbie also worked as in-house legal advising on contracts for a business following.

Debbie joins the dispute resolution team based in Lancaster and Morecambe Bay in expanding her caseload.
