Helen Lloyd, MA (Senior Associate)

Helen Lloyd is a senior associate member of Progression Solicitors. Following her qualification in October 2018, Helen Lloyd worked with both the commercial and residential property teams on acquisitions and sales. After taking a short break from work to support her family, Helen is now based in the office in Grange-over-Sands to specialise in residential property matters including purchases, sales and remortgages of both leasehold and freehold property.

On 1^st May 2026 Helen was made Head of our Residential Property Department.  Helen is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high standard of client care. Her leadership, expertise, and dedication make her exceptionally well placed to lead our Residential Property Team as it continues to grow and evolve
