Progression Solicitors welcomes new starters to Ulverston Team
Progression Solicitors wish to welcome its newest members to our Ulverston team!
We are pleased to announce that experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Victoria Tyson has joined us. Victoria has some 15 years’ worth of experience and expertise in dealing with a broad range of conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Property transactions can be extremely stressful, largely due to uncertainty and the sense of not knowing what is happening with your transaction. However, this doesn’t need to be the case. Victoria strongly believes that good communication and a positive solicitor/ client relationship is the key to reducing this. Having a designated solicitor, direct dial telephone access, and the ability to call into our lovely Ulverston offices for face-to-face meetings, Victoria will keep you up to date at all stages of your transaction, so you won’t feel isolated or kept in the dark about matters which have a real effect on you and your wellbeing. Victoria has a strong working relationship with local estate agents and fellow Conveyancers which, again, enhances communication, alleviates the “not knowing”, and makes the Conveyancing experience a more positive one! When not in the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and taking time out to enjoy cold water swims up the Lakes.
Victoria is assisted by Georgia Thompson, another new member, who we welcome to our team. Georgia has worked in the Conveyancing sector for some 12 years accruing invaluable experience and expertise. Georgia’s favourite aspect of the job is when she gets the chance to make that special call to a client advising them that contracts have been exchanged or that their transaction has completed. Georgia is very family orientated and loves nothing more than having fun, family days out in the lake district and beyond.
We are also pleased to announce that Katie Harrison has joined us on reception and with front-of-house duties. Katie has recently graduated from Leeds Beckett University having studied law. She plans to qualify as a solicitor and has a particular interest in family law. In her spare time, Katie is a keen hockey player. Having played on her University team, she now plays locally. Progression Solicitors prides itself on its client care and approachability.
