Pollyanna McNeilly (Pollyanna Foster), LLM (Associate)

Pollyanna McNeilly is an associate member of Progression Solicitors, providing specialist advice in the administration of both non-taxable and taxable estates, drafting simple and complex wills, trust creation, lasting powers of attorney, registration of enduring powers of attorney and deputyship applications.

Pollyanna McNeilly joined Progression in 2014 as a clerk after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Zoology. She has since completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and obtained a first class Masters degree in Legal Practice before qualifying as a solicitor in December 2019.

Pollyanna is local to the Grange-over-Sands area and offers face to face appointments in our our Ulverston and Grange-over-Sands offices. Polly is also available for home visits, hospital or care/residential home visits to the elderly or infirm who are unable to attend an office.
