Rebecca Comber, MCILEX (Solicitor)

Rebecca joined Progression Solicitors in September 2020.

Rebecca is based in the Commercial team where she assists clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and estates (freehold and leasehold), secured finance, landlord & tenant matters and SIPP transactions.  She also has experience of dealing with the acquisition and disposal of agricultural land.

Rebecca often assists her commercial clients with residential sales and purchases, refinancing and property transfers.

Rebecca works between our Lancaster and Ulverston offices where she acts for a wide range of clients including individuals, property developers, SMEs, financial institutions and pension funds.

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in November 2023 developing a comprehensive understanding of family, private client and land law throughout her training.
