Warwick Alabaster, BSc (Director)

Warwick joined Progression Solicitors in October 2020 as head of the litigation and dispute resolution team and was promoted to Director in May 2022.  After obtaining an honours degree from Leicester University in 1994 he embarked upon his legal career, undergoing his conversion course and formal training in Leicester where he worked as a litigation solicitor until 2007.

Since 2007 Warwick has been based in the Lancashire area, working as a senior litigation solicitor advising clients on a wide range of issues including commercial, construction, professional negligence, insolvency, property and partnership disputes. Warwick also has experience in selective areas of dispute resolution including the sports disciplinary tribunal and intellectual property, and has been involved in Judicial Review relating to local authority planning permissions.

Warwick is based in Lancaster, advising all clients including businesses, local authorities and individuals across the Cumbria and Lancashire regions.
